    Beach Bum Cottage

    Located right beside the beach

    Week

    $2100

    Sunday at 4 pm to Sunday at 12 pm 

    Weekend

    $1500

    Friday 4 pm to Sunday at 12 pm 

    *only available in June and September 

    Damage Deposit

    $200

    *Forfeited if excessive damage, clean up or more than 3 bags of garbage are left

    Amenities

    Includes

    Three bedrooms and one bathroom. Sleeps 6, two doubles and a bunk bed.  
    Includes: 

    • Linens and pillows for the beds  
    • removal of 3 green garbage bags of garbage*  
    • towels   
    • dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, microwave, stove, fridge, etc. ​
    • BBQ and propane
    • Horseshoe pit   
    • Beach access   
    • Firewood and fire pit *for evening and night use only*    
    • Use of lawn furniture 
    •  A 10' tin boat is available with life jackets, oars and safety kits.  


    Extras

    Pets (additional $100)

    Maximum 2 (two) Pets are welcome at an additional charge or $100, please keep them off the furniture and be courteous of other guests and pick up after them.  *Damage deposit will be forfeited if any additional clean up is required due to pets including picking up droppings.  

    Additional Guests

    Additional guests are permitted on a nightly basis for $25 per person to a maximum of 2.

    Additional guests are permitted on a daily basis to a maximum of 5

    Boat Rental

    Motor Rental

    There is a 9.9 hp motor available for rent. $350 includes a tank of gas. 

    Recycling

    There are three large pails for recycling in the shed clearly marked for glass, metal, plastic and cardboard. Please DO NOT put recycling in the garbage. The township dump will not take garbage bags with recycling in them, which means we have to sort through them, which means YOU forfeit your damage deposit.
